Found New Hardware: ISSCEDRBTA
I've just acquired a MINI BLUETOOTH DONGLE produced by Gembird. As expected my Windows XP Pro x64 has no built-in drivers for it and neither the producer.
So what's next? The device identifies itself as ISSCEDRBTA. After a small Google search I've come with this solution:Windows Xp Hangs on Login

Symptoms
On login after entering the user password the explorer hangs up to half an hour in the welcome screen. All you can see is "Loading Your Personal Settings" but you can hear some application starting up (e.g. Skype).
Solution
Delete the "Microsoft XPS Document Writer" virtual printer.

Edit the file %windir%\system32\drivers\etc\hosts and add the following line...
127.0.0.1 insider.msg.yahoo.com
... clean the Y!M's cache, i.e. delete all files in this directory %programfiles%\Yahoo!\Messenger\Cache and restart Y!M.
It also disables some other Insider related features like Plug-ins Manager... but who cares about that?
